In providing expert advice to clients on how best to protect their data, it will come as no surprise that data protection is taken seriously. If you are looking for a service or you are a current client, the following personal information is collected from you:

      • contact details e.g. phone number, email address

      • physical office locations and postal addresses

      • company registration and shareholding details

      • billing or purchase information e.g. tax registration details or bank account information.

This information is collected solely for the purposes of conducting business with you. You may also choose to share sensitive company data to enable us to complete our work. When collecting this information, only information that is sufficient for (and relevant to) the intended purposes is collected. All client information is kept safe via encryption on local devices and the information is only shared with the following third party software providers:

• • • • Google - file storage, email management, diaries/scheduling and to create documents

      • Microsoft - edit and creating documents

      • Xero - in order to create invoices, manage our accounts and track time against engagements.
